  • What experience do you have?

    We have a track record of more than 80 years in the business of urban development, planned communities and real estate.  We have developed important urbanization projects in the north of Lima as El Pinar, El Alamo, El Ratablo, Santa Isabel Tungasuca, Santo Domingo, Alameda del Pinar, Lucyana, San Pedro and Las Campinas among others.   Also, we have developed El Oasis in Ica, Alto La Merced in Huancayo and Los Sauces in Chiclayo.

  • What projects Centenario is currently developing?

    In Lima, specifically in Carabayllo we have been developing the following planned communities: Santa Maria, La Planicie, Valle Hermoso and Esmeralda.  In the provinces, Villa Los Sauces and Los Nogales in Chiclayo, El Haras in Ica, Las Palmeras in Piura, Altos del Valle in Trujillo, El Olivar en Tacna and very soon we will have new urban developments in other major cities of the country.

  • What are the characteristics of your projects?

    We specialize in urban developments (electricity, water service and sewage system), in addition we build secure gated entrances to our communities, we take pride in designing large parks, pergolas and mini gyms in our projects.  Some of our planned communities have perimeter fencing, reservoirs, their own water tanks and underground wiring.

  • What do I need to be qualified for financing?

    Just your DNI (Peruvian National Document of Identity) and a copy of your water or electricity service bill.  It’s that easy!

  • What are the business hours of your sales and information offices?

    We are open 7 days a week from 10:00am. to 6:00pm.

  • What are the business hours of your head office in Plaza Norte?

    Our Plaza Norte offices are open 7 days a week from 9:00am. to 9:00pm.

  • How can I get more information about your planned communities?

    We have 3 offices to serve you and answer all your questions.

    • The first one is located in Plaza Lima Norte shopping mall.
    • The second is located in Tottus of Puente Piedra, situated in the km 30 of the Panamericana Norte Highway, parallel to Puente Piedra bypass.
    • The third one is located in San Juan Av. Only five minutes from Puente Piedra bypass.  We also offer free transportation from Monday to Sunday from our Puente Piedra and Carabayllo offices.

    In addition we have 2 more information centers situated in our Santa Maria (Santa Maria Av.) and San Pedro (in the km 32.5 of the Panamericana) projects.

    We have one office for your convenience in Km. 5 of the Chiclayo road – Pimentel.

    We can attend you at crossing of Panamericana Sur Highway (at the km 305) with Jeronimo de Cabrera Av.  Opposite to Santo Domingo market.

    We can assist you at Progreso Av. Block 32 Castilla – Piura.  Former Fundo Monteverde.  In front of Santa Rosa Country Club.

    We will gladly attend you at Marshall Ramon Av. Castilla Mz E 00004, Huanchaco road.  Trujillo.  In front of the Colegio Militar Ramon Castilla.  Mall Aventura Plaza, in the Motor Plaza parking lot, in front of the Interbank bank.

    We have a knowledgeable team of business advisors to provide you with a personal service and answer all your questions.

  • Up to how many monthly fees can I pay?

    We have the best financing of the market; you can pay up to 84 months with no down payment. 

  • Can I reserve a lot?

    You can reserve one or more lots just by presenting your DNI (Peruvian National Document of Identity) and paying s/. 20.00 (twenty nuevos soles) for each lot you want to reserve.  This gives you up to 5 days in order to be able to conclude the lot purchase.
